about
Christine:
A fitness
professional since 1991, Christine creates progressive, challenging
workouts specific to each individual’s desires and current lifestyle.
She has organized and taught a wide range of classes, including the
largest Ski & Sport Conditioning class in the NW, kickboxing, boot
camp, core strengthening, and more. She has worked with college athletes, brides-to-be, weekend
warriors, new moms, and grandparents. Her clients include everyday athletes training for specific life
events (races, ski trips, childbirth); to those overcoming life’s
difficulties (sports injuries, diabetes, MS, cancer); to others who simply
want to release tension and feel great.
Christine’s yoga
instruction is grounded in traditional teachings and philosophy, with the
belief that everyone—regardless of their background or current
ability—can benefit from the timeless wisdom of the breath & body
moving together as one. This
ancient art and science is truly amazing!
Careful
attention to injury rehab and prevention, core strengthening, and using
the body as an entire unit are essential components in every program.
Christine helps her clients reach their goals through a mutual desire to
learn, commit, have fun and live life.
